1. What type of hair do you sell?

We sell 100% raw Indian temple hair. Each bundle is unprocessed, single-donor, and cuticle-aligned—sourced directly from South Indian temples.

2. How long does this hair last?

With proper care, Indivya Hair can last 1–3 years. It’s raw, real human hair that behaves just like your own.

3. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

• 16"–18": 2–3 bundles
• 20"–22": 3 bundles
• 24”+: 3–4 bundles
  We recommend 3 bundles for a natural, full look.

4. Can the hair be bleached or dyed?

Yes! Since our hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be colored or bleached by a professional. We recommend deep conditioning after any chemical treatment.

5. Will the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal (just like natural hair), but our cuticle-aligned bundles are designed to prevent tangling when cared for properly.

6. What color does the hair come in?

Raw Indian hair naturally ranges from natural black to dark brown (#1B–#2). Slight variation is normal and a sign of authenticity.

7. Does the curly or wavy hair revert after straightening?

Yes! Our raw curly and wavy textures will return to their natural pattern after washing and air-drying.

8. How should I care for my bundles?

Co-wash before installing. Use sulfate-free shampoo, deep condition regularly, and minimize heavy products. Treat the hair like your own.

9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of raw hair and hygiene concerns, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a clear issue with your order. Please see our full policy.

10. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but are usually 2–5 business days for U.S. customers.
